OMG! YEEEEEEEEES! Since Snowflake Challenge I've seen ~30 authors post transformative works policies and it's fantastic. Also, I'm not sure if you know, but fire_juggler has a list of BP authors, sorted by fandom, if you wanted to look for potential podfics that way. :)
Also, effects are AWESOME! I'm going to rec it soon in podfic_love, but the Nightmare Before Christmas podfic Scream of Wheat is a marvelous example of effects in podfic. If you wanted to listen to some multi-voice and/or radio play podfics, I could direct you that way too.
